Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase with your receipt for a full refund to the original payment method.

Warranty replacements

Most brands we carry — Wüsthof, Zwilling, Benchmade, Messermeister — back their knives with a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong, bring it in and we'll help you file the claim directly with the maker.

What we can't return

• Sharpened knives (service is complete on pickup)
• Used or damaged blades
• Special-order or engraved items
